Croz has been in business on his own account for over 40 years, he jokingly says “That if making mistakes is the way to knowledge, He could well be the most knowledgeable person you will meet”  Having set up over 50 businesses in a variety of services and industries, he feels that his invaluable experiences can help you to jump start your business or revive one that has lost its way.

In many instances Croz will back his advice by taking part of his fee as a percentage of profits created. This is not an automatic option and will depend on the assessment of your business and your willingness to adopt everything that you are advised.

Testimonial from Jack Collins

In Springtime 2009, I decided to utilize the guidance of Croz for my business and personal life. I was working in a Bank corporate environment and wanted to leave so badly. I was very unhappy.

I hired Croz. His wisdom and guidance helped me change the lens through which I viewed my situation. I became very appreciative of the Bank which allowed me more success. Success financially and just as important Success emotionally, mentally and spiritually which ultimately put me in the right mental state to make the change I was seeking. Utilizing Croz has changed my life for the better as he helped me view so many positive aspects of myself and my environment that I did not realize were there. Croz has the amazing ability to see through the situation, a foggy lens if you will and guide you to the desired result you are seeking.

I highly recommend Croz for anyone who wants to improve their life. Whether your dilemma be business or personal, Croz will help you find your path to success and freedom. We are all looking to make our lives better, that is human nature, Croz can make you path much smoother and fun! I am eternally grateful to you Croz! Thank you!

Email Sanity.

I don’t know about you, but email is becoming a very dodgy way to communicate with me and I decided to do something about it.

It is amazing how quickly we can be reprogrammed in this modern world of instant communication.

Up until very recently maybe only 15 years, the receiving of a letter or message directed to you, was the cause of some excitement. Now it seems that we make instant judgements on whether the contact is important or relevant, by just reading a subject line.

With all the rubbish that comes to your inbox hourly it becomes very tiring to sift through the good and bad emails and unfortunately some of the emails that you want get lost in the confusion.

Any email marketer will tell you that ‘the list’ is king and building a list is something that people do relentlessly regardless of whether they have the right to invade your privacy.

Whatever list you have joined, it is more than likely that that person is associated with an affiliate and he then asks if he can send a message out to his list as a ‘third party recommendation’.

This gets around the spam laws but it means that you are now being exposed to information that you have not requested.

It gets really bad when the very incestuous act of “third party recommendations’ is done between the giants of online marketing. This is where the huge money earners all join together and continuously recommend each others products. What they seem to forget is that now your inbox is full of up to 20 people ALL recommending the same product or latest ‘gizmo’, so they all become irrelevant.

It is a shame, because you initially join one of these lists for some very good and valuable content and even the most highly regarded people eventually become just ‘third party recommenders and you tend to not open any of their emails, even though some of it may contain some great info and advice.

The only reason that you do not delete or unsubscribe is that you think that maybe you may miss some of the relevant information that you used to receive.

So here is what I have done. I must admit it took some courage, but I have unsubscribed from every list  that I was on that has now become irrelevant to me and will now be very selective in sifting through who I want to email me and who I don’t.

I think that it is very important that we keep an eye on who contacts us via email, so that we can give the time and energy to them that they deserve.

One thing that I do as a matter of course, is to unsubscribe instantly from someone who is just contacting me unannounced.

I have never used my list to either sell anything or promote another persons product, this is strictly between you and me.

This is a good opportunity for anyone on my list to decide if they want to receive my newsletters anymore, if you don’t, I will not be offended if you unsubscribe. There is nothing worse than emails you do not want arriving and I much prefer to know that you enjoy our contact.

I hope this has been useful and given you the kick to do something about your inbox.
